Fanboy Comics is looking to buy and sell lots of various things.
We buy and give store credit for Comics, Graphic Novels, Trade Paperbacks, Hard Covers, Fanzines, Classic Movie Posters, 16mm films, records, Mad Magazines, and more!
If you have any of the collectables listed above please call us or email us before you come by to make sure there is someone there to look at your collection. Without an appointment, we may be unable to look at your items. Please read the information about each collectible that we buy so you will know exactly what type and era of items we are looking for.
COMICS:
We are currently buying and trading for pre 1975 comics. An easy way to tell is by the cover price. Most pre 1975 comics have a printed cover price of 35 cents or less. The most disirable comics we buy have a 10, 12, or 25 cent cover price, and are super hero titles. We also buy War, Sci-Fi, and Horror titles as well. There are some modern age comics we buy, but they are mostly key issues. Please call us or email us for more information.
GRAPHIC NOVELS:
We buy mostly DC, Marvel, Image, and Dark Horse. They have to be in good shape and complete. We do pay cash for used trade paperbacks and hardcovers, we generally give 20-30% of retail value in store credit depending on what it is.

New releases come out every Wednesday, so if you can't wait to be on the cutting edge of comics, it is always a good day to come by. If you are looking for something coming in on a reorder, those books usually come in sometime Friday afternoon.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 11AM until 7PM Wednesday Nights we open early at 10AM, and close at 9PM for all your new comic needs.
WE CAN SPECIAL ORDER THE BOOK OF YOUR DREAMS
If there is anything we don't have in stock, and it is still in print, we can special order it for you. Special Orders usually take from 3 to 5 days to come in and they don't cost anything extra. For items over $25 we may require a 50% deposit. Ask to see one of your free catalogs or a copy of the most recent Previews. Pre-Ordering Items out of Previews is a good way to not miss out on hot new releases. If you would like us to check on availability of any items don't hesitate to ask.
